99% of my listings are NEW BOOKS still in the printers shrink wrap. Defective DVDs will be replaced by the same title if available. Since most of my books are in NEW CONDITION opened and thumbed through titles become used and up to a 20 percent re-stocking/used charge will apply. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Terms:Books, DVDs and CDs will ship Media Mail in the United States unless the customer chooses Priority Mail. International orders will ship USPS First Class Mail International (4 lbs. or less) or USPS Priority Mail International (greater than 4 lbs.) or via DHL and their agents (when cost is less than the postal carriers). International shipping costs are based on books weighing 1 pound as ABE bases shipping on the number of items not the weight of the book. The carriers charge by weight. If your book order is heavy or over sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
